We had wasps which was building a nest into our dormer eaves. I contacted a couple of companies and I found that they were trying to sell me more than I needed. I just wanted the wasps gone. Eastern Pine was great to work with. They were prompt, communicated throughout the process and their price was fair. I would recommend them.

I called Eastern Pine control to help with a mouse problem, and ended up hiring them for our pest control maintenance . I could not be happier with Tanner and his team. They are the nicest guys, very responsive when I’ve called, thoughtful and knowledgeable with their answers to my questions, and, most importantly, their work has been effective in controlling the mice and other household pests while being sensitive to the fact that we live in a delicate natural environment and maintain an organic yard as much as possible. I’ve had Easyern Pine for a year and renewed my contract and they are the best. They let you know when they will be out; you don’t have to be there when they arrive unless you need to; and if there’s some issue you found like an ant nest or a paper wasp nest all you have to do is text them and they will come out and take care of it. They are accommodating, professional, conscious of the environment and pets. I have no issue with pests…and I don’t mean the every day bug that I live and let live; but groups of streaming ants or wasp nests or invasive bugs. Please give them a try. They truly are worth it. (This was not a paid review…my own opinion)

Eastern Pine team is amazing to work with. The amount of spiders, ants, and other bugs we notice in and around the house has nearly completely disappeared since they started treating over the past two seasons. This is a really big deal with 2 young kids and a wife who is very afraid of bugs. These guys are awesome, know so much bugs and their life cycles, and will always make an extra house call if a wasp or spider issue arises. No hesitation in recommending Eastern Pine for all pest control issues.

We are very pleased with the service and communication we have received working with Eastern Pine. For the past three years, Ross and his team have walked me through the logistics, plan, and scheduling of everything my home needs/does not need. With three young children, the communication and sharing of important information is critical to my wife and I. Ross and team have came by within a day or two of me reporting some ant or mouse activity to check on traps/add more. Eastern Pine also located and disposed of a nasty wasp nest in my chimney that was causing wasps to enter my home through the fire place. They came, located the entry point, and took care of it with ease. Highly recommend!

Signed up with Eastern Pine last year when my previous pest control company kept raising their prices and decreasing their service. Its been two seasons with them and they've been outstanding! Communication with them is as simple as can be via text -- they either text me ahead of their regular maintenance, or I text them when I need them (which I have for wasp issues). They are punctual, professional, and very thorough. We've been extremely happy with their service and look forward to continuing using Eastern Pine for the foreseeable future.

I highly recommend Eastern Pine. They are very reasonably priced, friendly, and great communicators. I love that I can text them when I need them and that they will come out quickly if I see any unwanted pests. Eastern Pine has been fantastic. They came up with a plan that we felt very comfortable with, and everything was well explained. Communication has been exceptional - we've received a detailed report via email after each service, as well as text updates, and texts before every visit with an arrival time. They have been very reliable - never a missed visit, they always show up when they say they will. We very much so appreciate all of Tanner's knowledge, hard work, communication & kindness. I just started working with Eastern Pine Pest Control and it's been an excellent experience! When I first reached out, they responded right away, respected my communication preferences (which made it easier for me to reply quickly), and came out to treat our ant issue. It was such a quick turnaround and they're very friendly. We enrolled in the plan and Tanner explained everything to me so I knew what to expect. As first time home buyers, everything can be overwhelming, but they made this aspect so easy!

Eastern Pine was prompt to respond, easy to communicate with, and very honest with their services and pricing. They quickly came and took care of our mice problem. They stayed in touch with us throughout and did periodic checkups, until we were fully rid of mice.

I have used Eastern Pine for about a year now. They have treated my house and barn at various times for ants, voles, and hornets. In all, they have made about 10 visits. I don't usually post reviews, but I think this company is extraordinary. Excellent communication; prompt service; knowledgeable, courteous and enthusiastic workers; and great follow up. Most importantly, they get the job done.

I recently had a mouse issue in my home and reached out to Eastern Pine Pest Control and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and easy to communicate with. They scheduled a visit quickly and arrived right on time.
The technician was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect both the interior and exterior of my home, identified potential entry points, and explained everything clearly, while answering my many, many questions. I appreciated how thorough he was—not just in placing traps and bait, but in offering long-term prevention tips as well.

I had some issues with bees and mice in my basement. I reached out to 2 other companies first but was unsatisfied with their proposed solutions & cost. I reached out to Eastern Pine who responded very quickly. Very professional and they really listen to your concerns and take action. I was on an automatic treatment list but when I called about bees trying to invade my home for a second time they came down to spray the very next day. Very happy with Eastern Pine Pest Control.

Eastern Pine was recommended by my niece when we thought we had a rat issue. Turns out it was only mice but Eastern Pine came and sealed around the foundation and set humane traps. They have been very responsive to any requests of visiting our house to check for any activity. Excellent service.
