Exclusion

The most effective Rodent deterrent.

At Eastern Pine Pest Control we use durable building materials that fit and work with your architecture, being careful to match the colors and styles of your home. Before we begin to exclude your home, we make sure all rodents are removed first. Only then do we begin the process of our exclusion work.

Every home structure is unique and requires tailored approaches to exclusion work. Our technicians are skilled in locating potential rodent entry points and effectively sealing up these locations.

Trapping Mice & Rats

While exclusion is necessary to solve a rodent problem, trapping is just as important. First we’ll identify key rodent trailing sites and then trap along these locations. We’ll return for several visits to remove caught rodents. Once activity has come to a halt, we’re then ready to begin exclusion work.

It’s a process that makes us feel good about what we do and our customers happy that they don’t have to listen to scratching sounds in the walls.

Designed to address your Rodent problems

Generally, the most common rodents that enter our living spaces are mice and rats. They often find shelter in our homes during the fall as the temperature starts to drop.

Once they move in, they have no reason to leave.  They’ll usually come out at night & find water in our kitchens/bathrooms & search for small pieces of food we’ve left out.

One added benefit of filling in gaps is the possible improvement to your heating bills.
